|   Seems simple enough, but even when you can
prove that expert witnesses were tampered with, perjury was committed or
when even the CEO of a government agency admits serious wrongdoing by
one of his public servants, it is virtually impossible to get the CCC
to open an investigation. As a private citizen it is a waste of time
to approach the CCC. You don't have enough profile and there is no
pressure from the press as an example, to get the CCC to investigate a
private person's complaint. In 2014, I made a Freedom of Information (FOI)
application to ICWA to which a number of documents were released which
had not been made available previously. These included two reports from
detective agencies ICWA had employed to investigate and observe my
family. Because our home was obscured from view from the street, ICWA
instructed the agency to trespass onto our property on several
occasions. Although no incriminating evidence was found by the
agencies, ICWA did not release the reports because of the criminal
behavior of the agencies in trespassing onto our property to observe
us in and around our home. On the

		  3 of October 2016, I made a second
attempt to have ICWA investigated by the CCC for instructing a private
detective agency to trespass onto our property as described above. In addition new evidence had come to light in
		  2014 that ICWA's expert witness,
		  Dr Paul
		  Langton, has been
struck off as a doctor by the Australian Health Practioner Regulation
Agency/AHPRA, amongst other things for supplying his drug addicted
teenage girlfriend with morphine and administering morphine and other
drugs to himself. On the basis of the new information obtained,
as a result of my ICWA/FOI application, above information, I made
a second application to the CCC requesting it investigates ICWA
		  actions and Dr Paul
Langton (the brother of the John Langton, the ICWA case manager
handling my case) having been struck off by AHPRA . Again the CCC
		  refused to investigate the matter,
claiming I had supplied no new information. Even a complaint by a former ICWA case employee, regarding wrongdoing and Conflict of Interest within
		  ICWA has resulted in
no action by the CCC. To add insult to injury,
the CCC forwarded this complaint to ICWA for investigation. That is
like asking the criminal to investigate himself and decide if a court
case is appropriate! The courts would be out of work!!    I believe we all make a huge mistake in
believing that agencies such as the CCC and the various Ombudsman's
services at both state and federal level are here to protect us, the
public, from unfair and heavy handed treatment by government agencies
in general. The actions or lack thereof by
these agencies indicate a clear trend that their main
purpose is to protect the public service as an institution and their
political masters from serious cases incompentence, abuse of power,
improper behaviour and failure of due
diligence coming to light. The sexual abuse of children at
		  the
WA Katanning Hostel or the current
		  Royal Commission into sexual
abuse of children in state care, is investigating only the abuser and
the churches. No investigation however is being conducted into the
various government/public service agencies that were responsible at
the time for monitoring the well being of these children!   Correspondence with the CCC:
