Realization:

For the first time in my life, I can understand how a per person can be pushed to the point, where he goes on a rampage against the people that have ruined him. Although I could never do that, but the option of not waking up one morning, would be an enormous relief of finally not having to deal with these people any longer!

About myself:

I am a 55 year old Australian, born in Sydney NSW. My grandfather was an ANZAC who was in the very first wave to land on the beach in Gallipoli and later fought in the trenches in France, during World War I. Both my parents served in the Royal Australian Air Force during World War II, my father was a bomber pilot flying missions against the Japanese and my mother was a parachute folder/packer in the WAAAF. I have lived and worked in a number of countries and have lived for almost 30 years outside of Australia, before returning in 2002. I am fluent in several languages. I only mention my Australian heritage because when you listen to the audio files you will notice that I have an accent. At some point during my thirty years abroad, I lost my Aussie accent.

I have been a commercial pilot since 1980 and have worked continuously in this profession ever since, last working for the national airline of Switzerland, Swissair. I was promoted to Captain in 1991.

I have been happily married for 38 years and I am a proud father to four beautiful children, two boys and two girls aged 36, 31, 28 and 25.

Due to the financial consequences of the MVA and the outcome of our legal case, we had to live for a while in a stable on our Gooseberry Hill property. Unfortunately, the bank eventually foreclosed the property and we needed to find alternative rental accommodation by the end of March 2012.

Tall poppy syndrome:

If you think this can only happen to well off individuals. Think again, anybody whether you are a single mum, child, pensioner or unemployed person can wind up in the same situation. The innocent victim of a motor vehicle accident only needs to require 24/7 medical care for the rest of his life for his compensation claim to amount to millions of dollars. (more)

Purpose:

This site is meant to both inform the public of the faults of the WA Third Party Compensation System and the outragoeous actions or lack thereof of the very instituitions that are meant to protect the public from the excesses of goverment institutions. (more)

My personal target, is to overturn a miss carriage of justice, restore my good name, regain my dignity, improve my health and that of my family, obtain compensation that takes into account ALL the evidence, as ICWA is supposed to do and hopefully make a contribution to change how innocent victims are treated and compensated in Western Australia.
