Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency:
I made a complaint to AHPRA regarding Dr. Paul Langton, his
Conflict of Interest, his Duties to the Court. his
reports and his testimony at trial in 2009. As there is an appeal
pending I will not comment on the matter further until such time as
the appeal is finalised!
However, I will give you some examples of the contradictory material
available as to Dr. Paul Langton's testimony and his contact with
his brother John Langton, the ICWA Case Manager responsible for my
claim. It is important to note that Dr. Paul Langton was the only
one of ICWA's own experts that was called for testimony by ICWA.
ICWA claimed
legal privilege (which means the court never gets to see any
such privileged report) over all of ICWA's other independent expert
witnesses' reports.
Although, all this information was available before going to
trial, it was not discovered. "To discover" in the legal environment
means to make documents and evidence available to the court and the
other party.
